I'm not even close to that pic...i was just joking. I think I'm decent for a natural but even on juice I could never, ever touch Serge...he's one of the "genetic have's" and compared to him I'm a "have not".

I was just joking to. I was talking about how I was owned by serge at 205. I agree, the guy was a marvel of genetics.

He's definitely a freak. In those pics of him when he was 65 he'd still clean house compared to a bunch of younger competitors.

That is true. His muscle fits him. None of this dwarfing his own head nonsense. He looks thick yet agile. I always liked that about Serge and Arnold. Casey Viator had that look also.

That is one amazing pic. Great asthetics combined with proportion and symmetry. Something alot of todays HGH mass monsters lack bigtime.

Casey Viator was very impressive also. I think Casey took the cake for that "powerful" thick look. Yet Casey was not to thick, and remained agile looking. I think Arnold was a mix of Serge and Casey. Serge was ob the most aesthetic of the crew.

Sergio shows us just how big people with small joints can look. Unfortunately, in order to move the poundages necessary to be a pro today you can't have very thin bones...so the vast majority of pros have the bone structures of nfl linemen
