Best Bodybuilding Books?!

As im starting to get more into hight intensity training, im wandering what do u think is a better read....'blood n guts' by dorian........OR 'heavy duty' by mike mentzer?!

Probably Blood & Guts - some good basic information in there, but bear in mind you've got to add drugs to make all that work. Not surprisingly Dorian omits that information in his book.  ;)

Well i think such training styles can be done by anybody, its the end result (as big/cut/etc as dorian), that requires drugs.

 i know the german version (of blood and guts) could be found online a few years ago. But seriously, i could on 5-10 pages give you all you need to know about bodybuilding (building muscle and dieting), im not trying to brag.

1.The Arnold Shwarzennegger Encyopedia of modern day bodybuilding. An excellent source fop anyone.

2. The World Anabolic Review by Bill Philips. Another great source.

It's not a training book but " Gorilla Suit " by Bob Paris is a good read
