Not bad at all. With some training, you can improve that time a lot.
i actually ran faster at 180lbs than i did at 170lbs..i really don't like doing cradio though

actually i did not play any soccer for 1yr but was doing my cardio though..and by the way chick can you play full game of soccer? ;)

At 221, Debussey can still run for a long time, and play soccer. You need to keep that heart in shape.

Or apparently soccer or building muscle or endurance.  At 170 I could run a sub 5 min mile.  What's your excuse for lack of cardiovascular endurance?

i do have the latter lol.. i am not too big but big enough.do you think that coleman or jay cutler can run a mile..i don't think so
lol when i was in college. i came back to summer vacation about 20lbs heavier. i moved from db to LB because of personell and i had to bulk from 206-226. i was running my mile tests at about 6min for db. when i came back as a LB it took me 9+min to finish my mile. I did nothing in the gym but lift....no cardio at all. I paid for it that day.

Then don't blame the weights, do something about it.  Functional strength is necessary, especially i fyou are going to fight off all the virgins come sex time.
dude for eg just look at the strongman competitors..they might have all the strength in the world but i doubt they have any stamina..do you think savickas could run a mile without stopping... ::)(pudz is an exception)

With some time on cardio the time obviously would've come down appreciably even with the extra weight.

today after 1yr i played some soccer and damn its very hard to move when your big..the whole fuckin body pains like hell..my legs are sore...my torso was paining as hell.i was like getting short of breathe very frequently...also i do alot of cardio for eg i do 5-6km walks to my gym..damn how many of you have experienced this..why build muscles wich are useless???

You can do all the cardio and weights in the world but if you aren't used to doing certain activities you'll still get sore.
Walking/lifting weights does not mimic the same activity you'd do playing certain sports like soccer or basketball. That's why basketball commentators speak about players coming off the IR needing to get in basketball shape even tho they've already been doing weeks of cardio.

nice post..this is a known fact that really heavy guys cannot run properly..do you think guys like jay and ronnie who are 300lbs offseason can run a mile..no way man

true..but like i said when you neglect cardio for sometime then it becomes really difficult to move around when you play games like soccer..when i was in school i was a bit heavier but my stamina was much better than i have it at 170lbs..

Do you do cardio?  You should do at least 20 min of low impact activity 4 times a week, just for your heart, dude.  Whther it's treadmill for warmup or walking down to the docks to pick up a hooker, you should have a base level of conditioning.

Appearances can be deceiving. Some grizzly bears weigh 1200 lbs and can run up to 30 mph. Granted NFL lineman are not bears (unless in Chicago) but some of them can still motor fast.
