today after 1yr i played some soccer and damn its very hard to move when your big..the whole fuckin body pains like hell..my legs are sore...my torso was paining as hell.i was like getting short of breathe very frequently...also i do alot of cardio for eg i do 5-6km walks to my gym..damn how many of you have experienced this..why build muscles wich are useless???
You can do all the cardio and weights in the world but if you aren't used to doing certain activities you'll still get sore.
Walking/lifting weights does not mimic the same activity you'd do playing certain sports like soccer or basketball. That's why basketball commentators speak about players coming off the IR needing to get in basketball shape even tho they've already been doing weeks of cardio.
