What happend to good old deadlifts rino? Sorry to say but this was lame, I maybe do only 5 plates on each side but I take the weight from the ground.

ummm...They eliminated 1/2 of the the range of movement. I guess you can technically call those dead lifts but....

seems a bit closer to a bad form of shrugs to me.

What good are 1/4 range of motion deadlifts that chick was doing? She would be better off dropping the weight and doing a full range of motion deadlift. Rhino does singles on the deadlift?

That looked like 6 plates to me, and at 180lbs I could do that exact same thing (off the rack) so I dont think its a big deal

Rhino is the man. Asked me to add it to his journal. IMO he's a strong fucker. I don't see many young guys in my gym lift that heavy. Rhino is masters' age and that looks light for him.
