after seeing this rhino guy lift and all the other lame bodybuilding videos who act like they are completely wasted after 5 sets of back or chest or whatever i think i need to help all who have been brainwashed by these weak ass training methods by drug users.


youtube i beleive uploads up to a maximum 100mb so thats around 18-20 minutes of footage and i can only get in about 40 sets during that time , even that is nothing. I routinely can bust out 60 sets of squats , curls , rows, bench presses, pushups, hanging leg lifts, close grip benches ect...i am disgusted at these stupid bitch workouts!
if you're honestly doing this  you are a machine, even if it's squatting 185, 60 sets is inhuman.

this would probably be fine if your loaded and dont need to work so you could train 3hrs eat 8000 quality calories,sleep 12 hours and shoot 1g of test an 16iu gh each day and dont mind lifting 60% or less of your max poudages

How have you made the determination he is "bigger" than me?  He is taller by several inches (he claims to be 6'5" or 6'6") but only outweighs me by 15-20 lbs.  He is leaner, but with a 6" height differential if he were "bigger" than me he should outweigh me by considerably more.

As to my being stronger I would say that means his 60 sets have not helped him as much as he might purport. ;D

Hit 135 for 25 as a warm up, 225 for 20, 315 for 15, 405 for 8, 455 for 5 and THEN a drop-set of 225 for 10 with 1 MINUTE rest between each set for 15 SETS....225 for 10, rack it, look at the clock and be back under the weight 1 minute later for another 10 reps.  Do that 15 times after the heavy working sets and then come talk to me.

BTW, you'd pass out after about the 3rd drop set because you're not in the shape I am, but not many people are.  And that's just the beginning of a leg workout.

I do that once a month, squad.  You should try it sometime.  I doubt you're in good enough shape to do it, however.  If fact, I doubt just about anyone on here is with the exception of a few people.
