Hit 135 for 25 as a warm up, 225 for 20, 315 for 15, 405 for 8, 455 for 5 and THEN a drop-set of 225 for 10 with 1 MINUTE rest between each set for 15 SETS....225 for 10, rack it, look at the clock and be back under the weight 1 minute later for another 10 reps. Do that 15 times after the heavy working sets and then come talk to me.
BTW, you'd pass out after about the 3rd drop set because you're not in the shape I am, but not many people are. And that's just the beginning of a leg workout.
