I do that once a month, squad.  You should try it sometime.  I doubt you're in good enough shape to do it, however.  If fact, I doubt just about anyone on here is with the exception of a few people.
i know, i mean i don't think i've ever seen ANYONE squat 455 for 5. ::)

Hit 135 for 25 as a warm up, 225 for 20, 315 for 15, 405 for 8, 455 for 5 and THEN a drop-set of 225 for 10 with 1 MINUTE rest between each set for 15 SETS....225 for 10, rack it, look at the clock and be back under the weight 1 minute later for another 10 reps.  Do that 15 times after the heavy working sets and then come talk to me.

BTW, you'd pass out after about the 3rd drop set because you're not in the shape I am, but not many people are.  And that's just the beginning of a leg workout.

I was impressed until you mentioned that were you doing legs...killer chest routine

right now im getting ripped 1 hour of cardio a day low calories under 1000-1500, i burn around 2000-2200 calories when i do cardio because i do intervals on the stairmaster on the highest level or sprints on the treadmill with incline set on the highest level holding with one hand so i dont fall off... so basically im netting zero calories to lose fat fast , ive done it before but lost motivation, ive got newfound motivation now. its hard to muster the energy to lift after intense cardio like that so i have cut back on lifting and made the cardio the priority because losing fat is more important to me than anything right now and i want to do it fast. i screwed up last week so im back to square one today i weighed 235 i plan to lose 3 pounds a day so thats 2 pounds water one pound fat since the body is about 75% water. if i keep this up and dont smoke any weed for the munchies i can drop 30 pounds in ten days, its brutal but i can do it. i  may do another cardio tonite for 30min to an hour but im not sure if i have the drive. now if i did 2 hours of cardio a day with the same diet i would lose 6 pounds a day probably 4 from water and 2 from fat perhaps

dude what is so hard to beleive about my diet and training? hell im 6feet6 235 hell at that height and weight that sounds pathetic right, but what you see is what you get. i do an hour of cardio, whats so amazing about that? im pretty sure the calorie count is right because i have the machine on the highest level and i soak through 2 tanktops meaning i have to change shirts 30 minutes into it because its completley wet , so i must be burning a ton. 1000-1500 calories is very low and yes much of those calories is from fiber one cereal and icecream. so if you do the math it is very possible to lose 3 pounds a day 2 parts water 1 part fat. no im not doing 60 sets of weightlifting right now i dont have the energy for that


ive never bullshitted anyone when it comes to real advice though, i do have my beleifs about training as far fetched as they may sound to a protienaholic. those supps never did shit for me, but fat and carbs worked just fine so did creatine

my main probably is getting severe cramps when dieting with lots of cardio. taking potassium doesnt seem to help i probably need a shit ton of it probably i do take calcium and magnesium to try to aleviate cramping. my mind is out doing my body these days wich aint a bad thing

if these claims were true,you would have to be one fat bastard to start with.you would be in a permanent catabolic state,your body would be burning whatever it could to survive including muscle,water is not a fuel it contains no calories.you should be consuming at least 3 litres of water a day,this would replenish your 2 pounds of water per day loss,if you lost 2 pounds of water per day that would be 14lbs in a week,your muscles would have cramped,you would probablly have had a heart attack and died.therefore you 3lb per day loss would be more like 2lb fat 1lb muscle.i may be wrong but i think thats bout 12000 calories.you would have to fight a lion for 4 hours to do that.are you sure you werent smokin your weed when you wrote this ridiclous shite

people fail to understand something critical when it comes to fat loss and fat gain

you can put on fat as quickly as you can lose it

if i did nothing and ate 8,000 calories a day lets say my maintenance is 2000 calories, i would easily put on 2 pounds of fat a day

lets say i have the work ethic to do 3 hours of cardio a day burning lets say 3500 calories only eating 1000 caloriesi would lose about a pound and a half of fat a day

why would they not grow if im doing sprints/intervals to muscular failure? hitting failure sends a growth signal.  which adds up if you do alot overtime then its some noticible growth

i am no freak as far as genetics, but unlike most i dont set limits on how long i workout or how hard i diet. but talk is cheap, ill have pics when im 6feet6 210 shredded and huge

Dude, doing more than 5-8 sets per bodypart is a waste of time and energy and you will actually gain less if you do more than 10 sets.If you can do more than 2 heavy sets for a certain excersice you are doing something wrong! For example lets look at  bench presses - 85% , 5-7 reps, followed by 2-3 forced reps,   approx. 3mins rest  2nd set - 85%, 4-6 reps, 2-3 forced.If you do that right - there will be no fucking way you can do a 3rd set for more than 3 reps.If you are able to do 60 set you tarin at a very low intesity for sure.
