Dude, doing more than 5-8 sets per bodypart is a waste of time and energy and you will actually gain less if you do more than 10 sets.If you can do more than 2 heavy sets for a certain excersice you are doing something wrong! For example lets look at bench presses - 85% , 5-7 reps, followed by 2-3 forced reps, approx. 3mins rest 2nd set - 85%, 4-6 reps, 2-3 forced.If you do that right - there will be no fucking way you can do a 3rd set for more than 3 reps.If you are able to do 60 set you tarin at a very low intesity for sure.
