as far as the guys he's practicing with just flipping and letting him do the technique: almost every aikido technique results in an injury. if you resist it you'll get hurt. when the guy's gonna throw you you just gotta let him. especially when it's 4 against one. they can't really fight him because they're all in each others' way. if it's one on one for example and you really throw a good shot at him had no idea what he'd do or didn't know how to take the fall or actually throw yourself it would be a broken wrist or broken anything. i'm not saying that seagal is some godlike fighter like in the movies when he's never touched. i'm saying that there is almost no realistic way to practice aikido because the guy attacking must always allow the technique to happen and go with it so as not to get hurt and the guy applying the tenique must also be carefull not to catch the guy in a way he'll hurt him too bad.

can you imagine if this clip here was all real? if the guy didn't take dives and seagal or whoever is applying the technique weren't carefull the dude would be destroyed.

Burton wasn't too excited with the way that Seagull was handling the stunts. He was being overtly rough to the stuntmen, AFTER the alleged incident with Judo Gene. I also heard that the Machado's roughed him up on the set of on Under Siege II. No way he mounts Carlos and armbars him in real life. Seagull overhooks and puts a gun in Burton's mouth in the movie of On Deadly Ground. Burt plays one of the sheriffs.

More details on Machado roughing up seagal. Was Stevie trying to oneup Carlos? Isnt Burton Richardson the martial artist who acted alongside cynthia rothrock? What was the seagal/Richardson altercation?
