Full thickness tear of the left rotator cuff 3 years ago, had surgery, 100% better. Partial tear of right rotator cuff last year, rehabbed myself (I do PT work) You must do int. & ext. rotation work for stabilizer muscles and keep stretching. Layoff all pressing movements for some time. Try to work "around" the injury if you can, I used mostly dumbbells and machines, kept my reps a little higher than normal (15-20) Do a lot of rear delt and scapula work...And remember soreness is good, blood and oxygen getting to the muscles for rehab, pain is bad, anything with pain stop it!
