look idiot, i just gave you an example of 3 guys all taking steroids and 2 of them didnt look it. this is a WELL KNOWN documentary. any gym tells the same story - the small geeks that dont know shit and wants fast gains do steroids, dont know shit, f**k up. where as the big guys are few.
also steroids are used in a number of sports where putting on weight would not be in their best interest, still they're juicers.
as for intensity being important - 9 outta 10 professional bodybuilders dont work out with a lot of intensity, yet you claim it's important? for who? apparantely not for them.
