But I started feeling really disgusting about him when i heard that hi hired a killer to kill the witness.
He must be punished and deserved to be raped his ass.
But no killing to death,but torture all his life and use him as a slave.

i believe he is guilty of murder but i know to little about the hire to kill witness thing to comment on that. but anyways remember he is not convicted of anything so i cant understand how they can treat a person like that. and the escape alert was false so i think the whole thing is creepy. but no doubt titus is an evil person.

I've known a couple of guys who who don't mind being incarcerated in the least. In fact repeat offender openly admitted that he was looking foreward to going back inside because he got three meals a day, a roof over his head, and "great recreational facilities" and didn't have to work for a living. And all this at someone else's expense.

And he claimes that he is not the only guy in prison who thinks this way.

So, I am one of those guys who is not shocked and who believes that prison life should be as tuff as possible and definitely not an "enjoyable" experience or something that anyone should look foreward to.

And I also believe that those in prison (or awaiting trial) are treated respectfuly by the guards unless that person  acts in such a manner that requires otherwise.

We don't have the  full story here but from what I hear from those who know Titus personally, he more than likely did something to deserve and/or require the treatment as shown in these photos.

I don't believe anyone in their right mind would do anything to a person awaiting trial that could possibly hinder the legal process of that trial, so there will be justifiable reason/explanation for that treatment coming forth shortly or during the court proceedings. (I hope that that won't be necessarry.)

But no matter what the reason, the defense attorney will/should take advantage of this situation and run with it.

In America it is always better to blame someone other than the guilty party even if that person followed due process or was the murder victim herself.

This is going to be an itneresting case come April. I hope to attend personally to observe the legal process.

They use these situations for as much training purposes, as the actual task at hand...thus the "need" for 5-6 guards...they are there to participate and learn the actual methods used for various situations.

You cant get too comfy with these guys, thats what they do...try and be friendly with you (the guards) make you think they're "cool", etc...next thing you know, they have a hommade shank made up from a pen and scrap metal and you get stuck...

The lack of accountability is what bothers people.  Any CO with a grudge can have a guy beaten/roughed up.   A prisoner could be a good guy, but if the insecure CO had the urge (let's say the prisoner owned him on message boards a thousand times), there could suddenly be a flurry of "tips" and the prisoner would be abused daily like this.

Monster opportunities for abuse of power.   And anyone who says COs are the model for mental capacity, good judgment, and ability to control their emotions only need to look at our two resident getbig ex-Cos...

Yeah. But the reason why i believed what chick said is that i didnt see any motive or sign of the power abuse from those videos. Its not look like tortureing the prisoners like in Irac. I dont felt hate but i just felt they are doing their job simply. So i dont think also the head person hate him and order his guy to treat him bad.

The use of a restraint chair is basicly the last straw.I just got cerified as a CO and have worked in a correctional facility for only 5 months but i've seen the chair used and straped down an inmate in it a few times.Its used only for the most noncompliant inmates and can not be used as a form of punishment.just looking at the still frame they look like there doing it by the book.Unless you have dealt with individuels who have nothing to lose you have no idea what its like.
