i would say milos sarcev has the most bodybuilders training under him.i also heard that dorian has also started training bodybuilders

CHARles Glass, even though his bodybuilders didn't produce at this years "O", his methods seem sound and productive.

who the f**k needs a trainer....pump yourself full of steroids workout 4-5 days a week, 1-1.25 g protein/ lbs bw, 200-500 calories more than you use , repeat for x number of years. not very complicated shit..
then when its diet time..lower carbs..increase protein to 1.5-1.75 g /lbs (1.5 is probably more than enough) add some cardio to create a negative caloric balance...250-500 below calorie equilibrium.
