who the f**k needs a trainer....pump yourself full of steroids workout 4-5 days a week, 1-1.25 g protein/ lbs bw, 200-500 calories more than you use , repeat for x number of years. not very complicated shit..
then when its diet time..lower carbs..increase protein to 1.5-1.75 g /lbs (1.5 is probably more than enough) add some cardio to create a negative caloric balance...250-500 below calorie equilibrium.
