GET_BIGGER and the Beasts training routine......

We....well actually SHE decided to hit legs for the first day. 

Warmed up on the bike to get the joints nice and loose (which btw she made fun of me for doing that).....

Squats 
2 sets of warmups
2x10
2x6

Hack Squats
4 sets of 8-10 (I think I did three cause I was so busy whining  :-\)

Leg Press thingys
3x8
1x7

Single Leg curls
4x10

Laying leg curls
I think she did like 2x20 and 2x10-12
***again I was too busy whining so I think I did like 3x10 and 1x15 cause she made me.....

Bottom line......she kicked my ass-not gonna lie.  But we got chest and tris tomorrow so pay backs a biotch.....  ;D

Ohhh, it wasn't so bad was it  ;D

Man my legs are hurting today though...it was a good workout and you didn't whine too much.  If I would've had my knee wraps though I think I would've been more comfortable with the sqatting.

As far as you kicking my ass today,  ::), I am tough no matter what!  I did go get my Runza, unfortunately it wasn't as good as I had hoped it would be. 

Tomorrow, shoulders??

ok.......I can hardly walk straight today......

Day 2 we did chest and tris

Dragged her over to do DB Presses on a flat bench   ;D
2 warmups of 10 reps
2x10
2X6

Incline Smith Press
1x10 warm up
1x10
2x8
1x whatever.....did half reps till failure

Cable flyes
4x10

Tris
incline skull crushers
4x10
cable kickbacks
4x10
single arm cable reversegrips pulldowns
4x10

then we did calves too

and yes you are tough.....lol

shoulders is good, otherwise back and bis too.....your the pro around here   ;D

............and you went to Runza without me?   :o

We have been sticking to the 5 and 10 pound dumbbells although those 10 pounders get pretty hard

  She trains hard, doesn't she Justin?

  Last time her and I trained legs together she almost made me faint...

  We were squatting and after my last set with 405 for 8 reps she strips off a plate on each end and had me do 5 more then she strips off another plate off each end and had me do fkn 20 more then after that she pulls another plate off each end and had me do 10 more.

 I was wrecked and walked around for 5 days looking like I had a hunk of lumber up my ass.

Sheeeeiiittt.......she is crazy....lol.  She had me rolling out of the leg press machine thingy.  I still am walking funny.  Her intensity amazes me, I had a feeling it would be kicked up a knotch, but I really am suprised.  She truly is a Beast.....

Now I need to get her ass from the mall into the gym today.....  :-\

 She is freakisly strong. Did she make you do walking lunges?

 What's funny about training with her is she puts OWNINGS on basically every MALE in the gym...I like when they watch her squat 275 for 8 reps or 315 for reps and all the 'chest club' members stop and stare. Hahahahaha...

 One time she was leg pressing on the Cybex Leg Press...9 plates a side for reps and the whole gym just stopped. Even the clock stopped and phones stopped ringing and music stopped...when she racked the weight time took back its course and phones started ringing again and everything went back to normal.

 Most people on getbig doubt her strength levels. I told her recently I wanted to record her squatting to silence the non-believers.

LMAO....that is soooo true.  You can just feel all the guys around watching her cause its like the first time they have seen a women lift more than them.....lol.  Its like time stops when we walk from movement to movement...everybodys in awe. 

I was OUT on the lunges cause I had a feeling of what I was getting into.    Thats what we did, the cybex leg presses.....those were wicked. 

Well, you got another witness here.  Everything she says, I have seen.....word to that.








Ohh........and her lil grunts are pretty cute too.....   :D
that must be one sad gym if 275lb. quarter squats are stronger than the men.
