he has what seem's a very balanced approach to training and diet for the long haul,to be that fit even not competing is impressive.most non competitive retired pro's have long bailed on hardcore training.42 yrs old means nothing he can take on any young to middle 30 yr old no problem.

I honestly think if Milos was able to take 6 months and prepare well for a show, he would do very well. He has an incredible structure, knowledge and work ethic. He has that X frame that has started to be rewarded again (thankfully). Unfortunately, it seems he is so busy helping others and running his gym, its tough for him to take the time to put 100% into it. I sincerely hope he is able to take time for himself and prep for a show in 2007, would be great to see him on stage again.

I remember him saying he almost entered one of the GP shows after the Olympia, on the spur of the moment. He walks around with bodyfat low enough to jump onstage anytime? He was just going to suprise everyone and get onstage, he's a freak!

milos looks huge and very focused (has he ever been anything but?).

he obviously loves bbing and i personally find it very inspiring when i see phenoms like milos and serge still so motivated and hitting it hard.

i predict that milos will compete again for the love of it. he's a competitor and it won't harm his business interests either.

Doesn't Milos have the record (or close behind) as the guy that competed in the most shows?
A few seasons he did almost all the shows, which is unbelievably hard, from the perspective of keeping condition throughout year!

Whilst I realize those poundages were what you used as a warm-up as a beginner, and you scoff on them, perhaps Milos was doing descending sets. An idividual as experienced, knowledgeable, intense and observant such as yourself, surely is familiar with the concept?

Milos's legs look small on those pics.

I don't think he's planning a comeback - he just likes to stay in shape by the look of it.
