Milos, be careful with biceps pads that rub against your elbows. I have modified all my machines so that doesn't happen. Ditto with triceps machines. Otherwise you end up with pointed and sore elbows.

Medx had a reasonable solution by putting a roller under the arms in the biceps machine.
