That extra 2-4lbs is because of the water you get rid of or crab depleation, which?

Thanx very much. Since your body weight is near from me,it would be good study.

milos it wasnt meant as an attack but hey- i look at these pictures and they do show these guts!? sure they look big and muscular and all but they all look the same. good but the same.

You can not physiologically increase a person wheight without affecting indirectly all areas of the body. Obvious you can see evident gain on legs, arms, back ....but an indirect increase in the abdomina areal is a consequence of any increase of weight.

Ive worked out in Kolosium gym, never seen any pros treat anyone arrogantly.

Most of them wouldnt have the energy to breathe after a workout form milos.

The pros I train interact with members - as we are all ONE family...
Now, even inside a family you have some kids that are not always happy - and off course I have few of those that just don't like pros or me...because of our pro status...But, once I find out who they are - I invite them to join us, get to know us and soon enough - they change...FOR BETTER!

That's our philosophy. MAKE FRIENDS NOT THE ENEMIES!

I've trained with many Pro's, interviewed about 25 of them and met many of them and with ONE exception; I always found them to be very friendly and approachable (so long as it wasn't in the middle of a set or workout).
and keep moving!

At the point you really don't have any more fat to lose. That reduction will probally come form water levels on that cells.

Carb up process. Normally couple days. Carbs may be from 400g to 1000g depending of the individual

In carb depleation phase, do you increase the dose of amino acid? If you do,what kind of amino acid do you take?

And also. Of course, you follow the way of Dorian is much easier.

Its like Marathon runner try to run 100m.
But 100mdash athlete cant do marathon.Apart from his physic,he dont know the tecnic of marathon running.

this is an excellent point.

if milos is a good trainer he would know that it's impossible to really sprint a marathon or even a quarter marathon.

you can train extremely hard or long, but you can't do both.

if think you can you're deluding yourself.

the main benefits you from this type of routine is massive pumps (could lead to capillary growth) + less inujuries

During the carb up process the absence of water is fundamental to its sucess. Even though several coaches use different methods the use of supplementation is very rare since you can not add water to the equation. The use of protein in food form is common though.

Then, how can you road the water into your muscle if you emphasize the absence of water(No drinking or drinking less)?
Are you suggesting that the water contained in rice is enough to fill the muscle up?

The whole principle of Milos philosophy is to overcame standard limitations. I am extremely familiar with the HIT principles and you are correct it states the impossibility to increase intensity with increase of volume. Milos has a strong believe in the power and capacity of the mind. Milos workouts are nearly impossible....I would say nearly simply because he expects you to finish it.

The increase of carb and lack of water will obligate the body to pull all the subcutaneas water into the cells.

Well - yes...
You must finish...if you have it in your heart...and your mind...
You just can't accept the thought that you are going to quit...

there is NO WAY anyone is going to be able to go at flat out intensity for an entire giant set as you prescribe. sorry, not happening, unless they have no idea what intensity is.

put it this way, if your trainee makes it through giant set after giant set, all it proves is that they didn't work hard enough at the start.

or perhaps, if the fastest 100 metre runner can run it in 9.7 seconds, why can't he run 800 metres in under 80 seconds? btw, look who's got more development - shorter distance = more muscle. ;)

and i'm only talking sprints. you're effectively saying that he should be able to run flat out for hours, which, for a highly paid trainer to say is stupid beyond belief.

you can train hard or long. you can't do both, which is basically why you have to use the pink dumbells. ;D
