My friend just bought one of those mags and brought it out to dinner with us...it was a little disturbing. Seriously all the captions were like...
"How to Hit it Harder"
"Pump your Best"
"Watch it Grow"
Personally I have never had a picture or something specific I look at for inspiration...it is a picture in my head of what I want to look like.

Although I am a Figure competitor, my inspirations are from female bodybuilders. I still dream of being "BIG," but have chosen to stay natural, so now I battle the figure world, which is still tough as a natual competitor  My training partner and dear friend, Cindy, is a local firefighter (Captain), and an amazing National-level competitor! She has won her class at the USAs and placed 2nd at Team U several times. She eats perfect year-round and never sacrifices her training. A true inspiration.... Also, Heather Policky, a new IFBB Pro from Colorado who has become a friend too. She knows I am her biggest fan! When I started training I was more than 50 pounds overweight and it was a photo of Rachael McLish that was taped to my bathroom mirror! Of course her, Lenda and Cory continue to inspire! Lenda and Cory are so nice and such "real" people. I have a lot of respect for them. |

I personally think there's not enough murderers alive today that can inspire young minds.
Damn the death penalty & life imprisonment.
Bring back some cold hard murderers that have no problem blowing the face (with a shotgun) of our loved ones.

Heather physique is so amazing and pleasing to the eye. She carries her size very well. I was on a tram in the Vegas airport before the USA's and a few guys were commenting on how big I was...I was saying you know I am not "that big" and then we saw her on the other end of the tram...they changed their mind about me, ha!!!
