I agree. Marcus had a large structure. In that early picture (was he 2021?), his shoulders and biceps are dominant with similar shape...and the triceps somewhat lag comparitively.
After a while, the synthol breaks down, right? So, you'd expect to see some change in the shape of a syntholed muscle with time. No change in Marcus' muscle shape.

I had, Condor, but did wonder about lumps in delts (like injection site abscess), although could be just that - inject sites.

I've never really been to big of a fan of Markus. his physique is nothing close to what I want to achieve. He is huge and in great shape thats forsure.

how so? it clearly shows how genetics played a part in his "freaky" shoulder development. unless he was making injections in his shoulders 14 years ago as a completely unknown amatuer, showing only promise at that point.

I agree with you, but his training does have something to with his lagging triceps.

Markus is a super nice guy that just needs to do either close-grip bench press, close-grip floor press or close-grip board presses (he could use a phone book like Branch Warren does/did) to beef up his triceps.

In the last MD with his arms training detailed, Markus hit his triceps with different cable movements and extensions movements, but he does not say anything about any close-grip movements. I think he could easily bring another inch to his arms in a year if he warmed-up with some rope pushdowns, blasted his triceps with 6-8 rep sets of a close-grip movement, and then moved onto his normal routine.

I only suggest this workout as I took it from what Branch Warren said helped him bring up his arms.

how so?? because of the fact that by looking at two before and after photos doesn't tell you whether he has used synthol, whether he won his last show or how big a turd he did this morning.. you'll need more scientific proof than that
