here is some of the best bodybuilders in ASIA who toke part in ASIAN GAMES in Doha and palced well... i am really amazed of thier condition and shape! some of the PROs cant even get close to this

## these 2 champs Sazali Samad <the short> and Leong Teck Liaw <the tall> been trained Under the Mind..the Pro Milos

## the funny thing is the guy #12 Won the class

THOSE first 2 have razor hard conditioning,esp the shorter one,that's the kind of hardness that look's like it hurts when posing,and that's a good thing.

Sick conditioning in the first few pics (which is all I saw). Very grainy. Their quads from the front weren't as grainy. Could use some work shredding up there.

they were both in the shoulder workout video a couple months ago on BB.com ....they were sipping Milos Special mid workout drink...maybe that's the thing that gets em so cut.

Wel they sure arnt the biggest BBs around but theres some of the best conditioning i have ever seen! Small waists as well, i like this look

all IFBB international amateur championships are suppose to be 3 years completely drug free
