T36. a for the hell of it add some Goat Whey...but becarefull with the goat whey, that is some powerfull stuff7. 5 caffeine pills8. NO FOOD all weekdo that 3 times per day while doing 45 minutes of cardio. Let us know how it turns out
I can actually verify this does work, you need to still eat a little bit though, 100g of carbs a day and whatever protein you want. When I'm hungry I just snack on vegetables (I don't count them as carbs) Oh and dump the ephedra, all you really need is 3-5 clen tabs a day and those every other night bumps of coke.

^ Sure, I don't see why you couldn't. People on Biggest Loser have done around 10 - 15 in a week, if not more. You just have to work for it.

you can get ripped in one week on a low fat but high carb diet doing 2 hours or more of cardio perdayy
