Important what you drink and how much. I'd stay away from beer cuz, like it or not, it does give you a waist tyre.
Strong drinks (whiskey, vodka, rum, etc) are not directly related to messing up your physique, but they stringly negatively correlate to vitamin c in your system, liver health, and hydration. So it is important,if you are drinking them, to restore vit c, be sufficiently hydrated, and eat enough calories.
If you have rich food with strong drinks you will reduce your chance of morning after hangover and is less likely to get totally wasted, than if you're drinking on an empty gut.
