Actually I think it's more like the freshman team, but at least they have nice costumes.

Humility young grasshopper. Humility.

I'm not sure comparing yourself to an 8-time Mr Olympia, is a sane comparison.

I'm NOT comparing how I look or how strong I am.  I am ONLY comparing form on the movement in question.  I brought it up because when Ronnie is rowing 11 plates no one says his form sucks they only speak of how strong he is etc.

Trust me, I am under no delusion I look even 1/2 as big as Ronnie.

the one right before ronnie (about 0:42) deadlifting? benni magnusson, a 21 or 22 year old icelandic goliath that briefly held the world record deadlift at 970.

Who is the jackass?  That is Ronnie doing bent-over rows not t-bar rows... ::)

The ninja guy is Benedikt Magnusson (sp?) who is one of the best deadlifters in the world.  He has done right at 970 lbs as I recall.

T bar rows are much easier for me than barbell rows. I can use more weight on the T.  I've done 7 plates for 3 if i remember right, but 250 for 6 or so was my best on barbell.

How about you tape it. It must be really difficult working the t-bars without any quads present.

i meant jackasses as in both of you are fighting like girls over this.  well...i don't know what to tell you, i couldn't find footage of him doing tbar rows.  maybe that schmoe painful86 has some clips.

either way he does the same number of reps as you with better form and about 200 lbs more.  and it seems like they cut off the beginning and end of the lift.

Well I actually don't want my quads much bigger because I want them to still fit in 30" waist pants.
