Well I actually don't want my quads much bigger because I want them to still fit in 30" waist pants.

You could fit 5 of those things you call quads in each pant leg at the momment so what is the problem?
just push some weight!

Bast apparently thinks he's the incredible hulk, cutting his boxer briefs on the sides and then decorating them with his own sperm.

why not buy boxers?

good to see you going hard at it chris.. so .. you used a lil big of legs in there.. coleman does the same..
as long as in the previous lighter sets your form was tighter.... cool.. i tbar row the same ..and when i get up there my legs tend to want to take over the movement but i make a concious effort to keep them out of it...
Good liftin man... and very good dead lift...
dont listen to the haters...
im sure you dont... most people who train hard dont have time to talk foolishness....
good stuff chris

too much legs work on that t-bar rowing video ......
why not use less weights with proper form ??? ........... result will be greater.

i meant jackasses as in both of you are fighting like girls over this.  well...i don't know what to tell you, i couldn't find footage of him doing tbar rows.  maybe that schmoe painful86 has some clips.

either way he does the same number of reps as you with better form and about 200 lbs more.  and it seems like they cut off the beginning and end of the lift.

I can bent-over row with 405 lbs as well and my form is not much worse than Ronnie's in that video (I would use a bit more leg drive).

Rack deadlifts are a legitimate form of training for strength.

Say what you will, but your heroes do it the same way I do (or very close).
