The real shame is that TA doesn't have to have a bad physique. He keeps trying to reinvent the wheel, but his always come out square.

He bulked and went too far. Then he dieted down and went too far. He's definitely not lacking drive or determination, but his unwillingness to accept any tried and proven wisdom is costing him dearly. He could have enjoyed much bigger returns for the effort he has invested. This McD diet may cost him his health in the long run.
