Will you post your daily diet? I'm sincerely asking because I'm just simply curious... do you eat clean, the same stuff everyday, how many cals etc... u bulking? Thanks

breakfast-egg whites with a few yolks, oatmeal, 2 or 3 pieces of fruit
            Workout
             Post workout i very small teaspoon of AST creatine with grape juice and a scoop of Optimium 100 percent whey
             lunch- chicken or turkey and some rice
             dinner- steak or ground beef and pasta and some kind of dessert
              before bed-chicken or steak sanwich on whole grain bread and some ice cream

i eat pretty big portions, it's enough food to keep me at 233lbs. at the moment but my metabolism isn't very fast at all, i gain weight easily, i still manage to eat at least 300 grams of protein.

hahahahahahaha, i knew that was coming, all kidding aside though i feel pretty good results with any kind of creatine but i'm not one of these jackasses that thinks you need 20 grams of the shit, i use only 3-5 grams, no one needs more than that.

i've always gotten great results ever since i first used the old Phosphagen by EAS in 1994.

yeah it's enough for me, i eat about a pound of meat at each one of my meat meals even if i have to force some of it, i don't understand some of these guys who try to eat 7-8 times a day, why? are you a pro bb'er, if not what's the point.

I tried the 7 times a day thing when I first started dieting... too much eating. Didn't lose fat much at all, and I spent all the fucking time getting ready to eat.
This way is simpler, Im just as full, and it's less time consuming.

it's always been a belief of mine that as long as you get the calories and protein, etc. you need it doesn't make a big diference if it's from 4 meals or 7.

Yep. I believe eating clean helps to, not only from a health standpoint, but it keeps me a little more full feeling.
Of course, I splurge like everyone else. I can't resist a good huge cheeseburger. haha  ;D
