i've been sick these part 2 weeks...

i think everytime i start getting better i end up at the gym and then i end up not recovering.....now today is back day ..but my stomach has been hurting..i usually train at night..soo till then i'm just gonna keep eating and watching TV..and hopefully i'll feel better later...

i dont teach till the 17th..soo i might study a little..which prolly means i'll end up on here or watching TV lol..

It's okay to take a little time off from the gym to heal. You'll feel better if you just get over being sick instead of always being half sick...Hope you feel better soon big guy!

hon..i'm by no means big(a fat 175 right now)..but thanx :)..and i juuust started training again after being off for YEARS...i still went to the gym today..and did a half assed arm workout... :-\
