Hi Cutie, they dont bother me, annoy yes but bother I could care less what they say. Just empty vessels making a lot of noise basically. I dont feel well today not sure what is wrong with me. I have been training pretty hard, and I am still getting over the Chrissy cheer lol. I think I am just tired any thoughts on that, that may help. I have been eating really well (clean) but I think not enough. My whole body is sore, even though I do give myself days off training. I might just need to have a week off, I am staying up too late as well. I am addicted to cable telly on the crime channel it intrigues me how these crims try and get away with this shit. Also amazes me how clever the detectives are. I have a bit of a criminal mind so I like to see and watch their minds tick over.
i stayed up last night watching a special on the mod kill;ed called "iceman"..he killed over 200 people..it ws interesting..
hon me thinks you might need to up your glutamine and take a week off 'conditionally'
detraining is responsible for overtraining also so ya DONT wanna go a whole week without doing anything...
i'd say for a week just go to the gym to train your clients..but dont train..
but do stay active with a different activity....like go swimming this week a few times..go for a jog outdoors instead of the treadmill (i hate treadmils..)..
