Giant-set shoulders workout today.

Hey Coach, how many sets of those giant sets for shoulders do you do?...I'm going to try that in the gym this week...

nice video.. on side raises i never raise my pinkie higher either, like pouring water from a glass. some see an advantage in it.

thats depends, maybe 5-7 giant-sets

no rest between 4 exercises,  with pre-exhausted, you don't need using heavy weights to do two hands dumbbells press.

Coach, if you pre-exhaust first, then the light dumbbell will still have the same effect as a heavy dumbbell would in doing shoulder press??...will it still build as much muscle?
