Once I had a girl my roommate was banging at the time tell me I had big arms at 9am in the morning.  I was busy cracking my eggs and just wanted that bitch out of my house...hahah, nothing more.  Yes, brutal 12" arms are fierce!  I think a lot of guys feel insecure when their around someone who is semi-jacked.  I remember feeling like a scrawned piece of panty trash when I wasn't lifting for a few years, but never discredited someone who was.  I just accepted my scrawness like a man.

My roommate brought a new girl around last week.  The first time I met her I was just coming back from the gym and they were watching a movie.  Next thing I know she was asking me how much I lift and how often I go to the gym.  I had to ask my roomie to pause the movie because it was interrupting us.  She said she wanted to start working out for the new year and I said I would be glad to take her to the gym and show her around.  He came by my room later and said it wasn't cool for me to hit on his girl.  I felt a little bad when I had to tell him "Don't blame me or her, blame your brutal 12" arms." That took so much wind out of him I swear I could see his chest shrink inside of his size M t shirt.  I wound up banging her yesterday and tried to explain to my roomie that if it wasn't me it would be someone else and I thought it would be easier coming from a friend that he was dating a ho.  For some reason he's still mad at me though

now it's just an insult?

I felt bad so I am determined to help my roommate get some more confidence with helping him build a better body.  I told him to go check out Caliberfitness.com.  Sure it cost some money but he would be getting some of the best nutritional advice around from a certified expert.    Some low monthy payments to Bowflex, some Goat protein, and sprinkling some bee pollen on his Wheaties and as Kamali would say "he'll be growing like a weed".
