Thanks for the compliment Alexxx. I'm definitely not as big as Adonis though, I'll never really be BIG, I have a slight build so I just try to make the most of what I have.

thanks...I did one of those hand held fat testers, it said I was 7.3%. I don't think those are very accurate though so it could really probably be anywhere from 5%-10%

Well maybe. Thing is I have a pretty narrow shoulder girdle. I hope that I can put on a 2-3lbs of lean muscle a year so by the time I'm 35 I could have a decent physique for a natural. Then I hope that I can get a script for some myostatin inhibitors and gain 30lbs of lean muscle in a few months and actually get big enough to fill out Large T-shirts.
