yesterday i was doing dumbell curls with 70 lb dumbells and on the 10th rep i was failing and tried to get it up, the 9 were strict, and on the tenth i didnt cheat and got the 10th one up, but i felt a pull in my right abdomen and oblique. i dont feel that much pain. but when bend down at the waist or bend my torso, i feel a warming sensation in that area, and when i touch it, it stings, when i push down on it, it burns alittle. could it be a hernia?
