Listen bro you're taking this way too serious. What really makes getbig is when we break eachother balls, and if you take it to the heart they'll just continue doing it to get a kick outta it.
As far as your "injury" i'd say ALWAYS get a check-up with your dr. no matter what type of "pain" you're feeling. If you feel like its not that serious, give it 1-2 days and rest to see if it feels better dude. Remember we're all lifters at any bb forum, we're not medical dr's. Listen to your body and take it from there...
