Hey trop Adam's principles don't account for insulin at all, only calories in versus out..

When you are ingesting a restricted caloric amount, there is little insulin response.
Furthermore in a defecit it does not matter at all.

It doesn't matter if he accounts for insulin or not.  Insulin is a hormone produced by the body in people with normal functioning, whether Adam wants to account for it or not.  

When insulin is secreted by the pancreas, in response to carbohydrate ingestion, Aceyl-CoA carboxylase 2 is produced.  Acetyl-CoA carboxylase 2 is the enzyme that regulates how much fatty acids are transfered to the mitochondria to be utlized for energy.  When Acetyl-Coa carboxylase 2 is elevated, fatty acids are NOT sent to the mitochondria, and oxidation of fatty acids is ceased.  

It is physiologically impossible to utilze fat for energy in the presence of insulin.  It doesn't matter if Adonis counts for it.

It doesn't matter how little the insulin response.  The enzymatic actions remain the same.  In a state of lowered insulin secretion, Acetyl Coa Carboxylase 2 will be lower, but that only means that the extent of the reducxtion if fatty acid transfer to teh mitochondria is lower.  The fact remains that it is still lower, and fat loss is blunted.
So, a calorie is still not a calorie.

Isn't there some insulin in the body constantly? A basal level? So if you have a whey shake before cardio, which stimulates insulin release and which has been shown not to inhibit fat burning how is that possible... please explain what you mean by "in the presence of insulin", is it a certain level it has to reah or what?

I agree in a caloric deficit weight will be lost no matter what..... I have dieted both ways.... now I don't take it to the extremes of Adam and eat all my food from McDonalds but inb regards to fat lost in a caloric deficit fat will be lost no matter what its simple science.... how could the body not loose weight if calories in is less than calories out

I dont' pretend to be an expert on dieting, I know training, that's what I've spent the last 10 years of my life concentrating on from a BB point of view so I don't speak in these conversations

the right way to bulk:

dianabol,,testosterone,,nandrolone

calorie high in the sky with some dirty meals,,aromasin from the pharmacy if you want to eliminate bloat completely,,bloat is good for you though! proviron for hardness and anti estrogen

the right way to cut:

oxandrolone,,testosterone+trenbolone,,,,masteron,,winstrol-inject and halo for final touch in this order too. aromasin and proviron for dryness and extra hardness all through.

every 2 weeks you add in a product till you get to a point where you are on all of them at once for a whole month.

Some of the stuff that you guys are arguing about are pointless. Yes there is more than one way to ripped but some ways are more efficient than others. The main thing that I see people screw up on is drying out. No one seems to understand this. Shredded dry and with as little muscle loss as possible is the key. Understand this and you have won no matter how you place.
