It's good. I only have this in the morning, its good to start the day but after that im on the toilet too much so twice per day is the most. Good bit of fibre, magnesium and carbs in there, then proteins for the rest of the day mostly
Otherwise it is two whole eggs and 1 scoop of maximuscle cyclone
