You could teach the men a thing or two about conditioning. You were in better condition then the men at that show. You were the most conditioned competitors out of the men and women that day. Was it too much? Probably for that show on that day but I'd much rather have someone say I was "too ripped" and not place high then the opposite.
I was a bit confused on some of the placings at that show as the rewarded physiques were all over the map. All you can do it come in where you're happy and let the chips fall where they may. As soon as you try to soften up for the next show, everyone may come in ripped leaving you on the outside looking in again.
Thankyou. I was also very confused, as was Dorian when he saw the pics. What made me feel fine with my placing's was that everyone was so nice and complimentary, even my competition. You were right about the men, my nutritionist was approached by two pro males to help get their condition dry like mine for future shows.
I decided to go ahead with excactly what you advise, come in ripped again because it feels strange dieting 80%. This time I am just going to come in bigger.
