i find i lose the highest percentage of fat while staying 'full looking' when i DONT train for a few days and eat fairly light aroun 2000 calories. but lets say if I did train and eat that i would lose my 'fullness look' .
seems like when you deplete your body with weightraing it does not want to lose fat
but when you dont train and stay full (assuring full storage of fat and glucose in muscles/intramuscular/inside muscles) the body will gladly release adipose tissue (bodyfat)
ive never really takin more than 2 days off from training i usuall train 7 days a week so ive never experimented with this type of fatloss
so im thinking i will get rid of all fat by only training once a week (eat a ton of food this day so my workouts will be full of energy) full body workout. and the rest of the weekend no cardio no weights and light amount of food 2000 calories or below. oh by the way i jacked off on a hot unc girl 18 years old last night in the dorm breakroom, show a brotha love!
