Johnnie Jackson chest routine?
« on: February 05, 2007, 05:29:46 PM »
Since I posted a pic of JoJ and saw Cap's question on Arnold's chest routine, anybody got the article of him training chest with Branch, or have JOJ routine?
I remember reading that he wasn't as strong as Branch on chest, but got a better pump.

JOJ does power-building. so most of his lift is  moded after a powerlift style. i.e.  going heavy  and going huge leaps on weighs this came from an article  that came out a few months ago on flex mag

bench press  1x45
                  1x135
                   1x225
                  1x315
                   1x405
                   1x495
floor press      1x135
                     1x315
                     1x405
incline DB press 1x80
                      1x100
                      1x150
                       1x200

thats it for his chest.
