MCWAY, the people supplement companies prey on is the first time buyers, real beginners. Sure, they all learn later down the road but if millions of beginners, or thousands decide to take up something a buy only one container of something, well, you figure it out 1000 customers purchasing a tub of whey for £20...by that time the supplement company doesnt care if they come back they've made enough..alls they need to do is put some fancy, glossy reflective packaging on in a bright color and say ''this will build muscle!'' or ''100% pure'' even if 10g of the 900g is pure, then it holds some water...I bought into the hype when I started, probably wasted a little cash in process. Of course, its rediculous when you look back but without guidance no one is sure. Example, when I first started training I didnt know potassium and sodium regulate fluid balance. I didnt know about complex carbs.
