Carbs are fine, going too low on them will cause the muscles to be flat and the lack of energy will constitute poor training
That's why they should be cycled. If you constantly eat the carbs at the level you showed above, it's going to be very hard to lose fat unless you are using t-3, clen, GH, etc...You should check you Dave Palumbo's theory.
Most of your carbs should be eaten early in the day. You really are overdoing it with 2 cups of oatmeal. If you are take in essential fats vs. carbs the fats will be used and you won't experience the energy loss. The whole concept is too long for me to type out.
That last thing you should worry about this early are flat muscles.
