he didn't back down from anything, UK, i think he's saying that he hasn't been training the bench press and deadlift right now due to losing bodyfat, anyone who knows anything will tell you that the powerlifts are VERY bodyweight dependant movements, 99 percent of people will be able to move more in absolute weight when they're heavier.
the thing is, he didn't lay down those rules at the beginning. he said he was up for a youtube video challenge and he'd beat me at "any" powerlifting challenge. he said weight and height didn't matter, and he claimed not to lose any strength.
i agree that my weight gives me better leverage, and i said that at the beginning but he insisted it didn't matter. now i'm waiting for him to at least ACCEPT the challenge. i even agreed to do flyes with 100s for reps, now i'm waiting for a video of that.
