how did this go from an internet youtube challenge to a thread about teh luke and his crdibility?  I can't wait to see adam post a vid of him beating your lifts...this is fun.

"Teh Luke" is a musclebear loving loser who is trying to redeem himself.  He is threatening to post the supposed "letter" hahah that means he is busy composing a fake letter as we speak.  How PATHETIC is that?

I give Zach respect for these lifts. I've seen pics at bb.com of what he looked like when he started out. For the age, for the background, etc I'm sure it took a lot of work.

BTW, there are a lot of lower level competitions one can do. And just like in BB you'll progress quicker if you have a tangible goal.

haha, it's been a hell of a journey from the 145 pound anorexic i was at 17 to the 265 pound fatass i am now. i was looking at some of the old bb.com pictures from high school, and it's funny. even back then my legs were better than adam's! 



all right, i'm off to hit the bench. no camera, but at least i'll get an idea of what i'm capable of for when adonis finally responds.

well that's just it. he might be fairly strong, and posting videos is so ridiculously easy. the ones i put up were filmed with a $150 kodak digital camera that has strangely good video capturing capabilities. editing and uploading took a whopping 10 minutes, counting the time just sitting there while it uploaded and whatnot.

so this thread's going to be one of two things. it's either going to be a monument to adonis's longstanding tradition of running his mouth and then revealing his complete lack of testicles, or it's going to be the first time one of these challenges actually came to fruition.

count, i've been doing it for about a year, do you think everyone starts up and their first contest they're tearing through the ranks? come on now. i don't give a damn about the radar anyway, i just enjoy doing it. 99% of the posters on this board are never going to be a "blip" on the radar for bodybuilding, either. likely yourself included.

keep in mind i also lift equipped. my lockouts are a lot stronger than the bottom half of the lifts, so once i tweak my shirt work i'll be in the high-400s or so, i pulled 565 sumo with a suit on monday and my squat is above that somewhere. i'm hoping for nearly a 1700 total for my april meet, which isn't shabby at all for a 21 year old his first time out.

the arch is completely standard, and if you look at the metal militia website, they go through great pains to teach you how to maximize yours. my ass was down, also. i just have a big enough ass that you can't tell.

okay, so i'd get destroyed at a competition. so what? why does it matter? if you're so competitive that you're afraid to do things as a HOBBY because of how you compare to other people, then you're a really pathetic person (not aiming this comment at you specifically).

maybe you should post another one of you benching without that rainbow arch in your back....however, to your credit, since you got the 335 up so fast in bad form, you could probably do 325 with decent form.

i compete because i like it. i didn't like the kind of strict dieting it took to keep me lean, so i didn't worry so much about it.

well that's unfair. we should both bench how we're strongest. i mean, if the way i'm doing is cheating and makes it so much easier, then he can do it if he wants to. but he'd be weaker if he benched like i do and vice versa. i haven't trained my chest in forever outside of knocking out a few sets of db presses for assistance. it'd be like if i forced him to deadlift sumo. chances are he doesn't do that, so he'd have no strength in that area.

Why didn't any mod?  Because they don't want to make you look like an asshole; if any penis puffer such as yourself can get a modship, if the mods turned on you, they'd "give up one of their own" meaning it'd be free game to rat mods out by other mods all the time.

As for Man of Steel's question, re: the number of fingers...MOS, what I like to do with the Luke's sister is put up a lifesize poster of a sasquatch that I take from his room (when he complains, I slap the cum off his lips)  then rail his sister on it with...you guessed it, a baseball bat.  But unlike our friend Berzerk Fury, I shove the bat in there sideways, because unfortunately, she doesn't even feel the thick end of the bat anymore.
