hey guys
I'm thinking about lowing my working sets down from 16 to 12. it seems that most training articles that I read, the pro bber only does about 12 working sets. either 3-4 movements.. I train really fast and probaby can do a sessions in about 1 hour. training quads/hams/calves. so, if I do 12 sets, I'll be done in 45 minutes and I'll feel that I haven't really done the job... right now, I'm training five days a week. two on/one off, three on/one off...should i change it to a four days split or a 2 on/one off type of sple??
what do you guys think??
