hahahahah, I'm surprised they didnt blow up his squatting numbers proportionately. That would put his squat in the upper 900's
Well, he is a multi-time winner of the world's strongest man competition... I guess it's "possible", but I doubt he would train like that every day...
oh brother, they've got a training article this month with Marius Pudzianowski and they've got a picture of him incline pressing 585, squatting 765 and shoulder pressing 405 what do you guys think?
I would believe t he Squat and shoulder press....that is, if the shoulder press are like the ones he did on the fit show. The incline press is bogus.
Ive been at a couple photo shoots, and they had some 35's and 45's that looked very solid but were fake.
i would believe the 765 squat but not the 585 incline or the 405 standing press.
There is video of him doing the 405 standing press.
push press not strict press.
Yeah you would know how to push under a guy's press fag.
Even if he really could do those lifts they still use the fake plates in the photo shoots.
I heard Jean Pierre Fux say the same thing the other day
i once saw marius bench 650 pounds for reps then just turn around like nothing and begin repping it out for 21's. he said all the taking off of the plates and such wear him down so he uses the 650 principle. were everylift is 650. kickbacks are tricky
i have seen a clip of him somewhere on the web... standing pressing 405..... for reps easily
