ok, just googled it and were actually both kind of right. a "large" egg white is listed as having 3.7 grams of protein. i only eat jumbos, which are considerably larger. so lets say the protein in 1 jumbo egg white is in the low 4's. that would equal the original 50 grams i mentioned.

We haven't seen anything yet; Adonis will soon be releasing new pics with his bodyfat in the 3-4% range! And he is eating whatever he wants, just like myself.

Apenis, go get your bodyfat tested and post it on here.  We need pics and a video since we all know how you doctor photos.  Prove to us you are less than 8% BF.  Cause you are not 3% to 4%.  You are skinny but not that skinny.
