Injury gone?

Ive had a wrist injury that kept me from lifting for almost 2 years.  I am now 7 weeks into a comeback (hopefully) and I dont feel the pain.  Is it ok to start pushing my self?  Im not to far off from where I was 2 years ago and I dont understand why my strength came back so fast.  I wieghed 150lb (5'4" hieght) lifting 225 for 10, 245 for 7 and a 300lb one rep max on flat bench about 2 years ago.  Today I got 225 for 7 and 255 for 3 after only lifting for 7 weeks.  I do weigh 170lbs now most has to be bodyfat.... could that be helping with the rapid increase in my old strength?  I'm not feeling any pain in my wrist only some discomfort in the joints the next day.  I would like to start working towards a 315 one rep max which was a goal I never reached because of the injury (inner carpal sprain).
