hey guys
I was curious, can you stretch too much?? after seeing how much stretching has help Jay Cutler and other bbers still injury free and helped to inprove their muscle size. I usually stretch after each workout but just the bodypart that I've trained that day.. i.e. If i trained chest. i would only do stretching for chest.. I was thinking about doing a full body stretch on my off days to get blood going.
