It's odd, I managed to drop a good 1 1/2" on my waist in a month and drop at least 6lbs of fat, just from cutting out sugars and adding 30 minutes of walking 5x a week to my routine. Next, I'll add night cardio and attain a pretty ripped look. Amazing!
Nothing worse than some whining fat ass complaining about how they "can't" lose weight. I always say, no, you choose not to. They love it when I reply with this statement. Not a very regular conversation, but when it comes up, I let them have it.
