Working in the fitness industry, I see all types of people taking fitness classes, joining gyms.
Some obese people just give up on themselves.
Actually, food is addictive like drugs and alcohol.
When speaking with overweight clients, I encourage them have a food journal. Write down what you eat, when you eat it and how you felt when you ate it.
This helps when you have it in writing, you have to break the cycle of overeating, eating when you're not hungry, stressed, bored, tired, etc.
If any person on here had to lose 50lbs or more and found it was easy, then you are unique.
To actually say you HATE fat people shows intolerance which is sad. Hate is such a strong emotion.
It would be better if you that energy to a positive use. Adopt a out of shape person and help them change get healthier.
It could be a friend, relative, stranger. Donate an hour or two a week to help someone. You may be surprised when you give something to someone, you feel better about yourself.
