Being fat for MOST, is a choice. It's unhealthy and will probably lead to an early death. But, what I don't understand is why the fuck do any of you care if someone else is fat or not? What's next? You gonna hate those of us that's got a full head of hair? Get a life.

it's not a biceps machine.

it's a weight you grip and lift up....kind of like a dumbell....but ...not a dumbell because it's shaped differently and it doesn't train any muscles.  you just grip it, lift it, set it down.

very useful.

You guys should chill out on the anti fat ridicule.  If everyone were in shape, nobody would notice you in the pack.
Even as it is, most people don't give a shit if you're in shape, but it seems everyone notices and feels the need to talk to you about it.  Really odd.  If someone is fat, I don't ask them about their diet?  I notice as well, some overweight people feel extremely guilty about their shady eating habits when they see me eating cans of tuna.  I think if you don't have discipline to get fit, then just enjoy being fat. There are worse things in the world.  Like being a juicer and having a girl with implants...haah  Living the "fake" dream.
